I ordered the Vegetarian Vermicelli today for myself and friends who were visiting for lunch. It is one of my favorites at Saigon Corner and my company loved it too. Saigon Corner is my go-to neighborhood eatery.

Great tasting food, a lot of options and convenient. Staff are also good.

This is our go-to spot for Bahn Mi and fried tofu and fresh rolls. Such a great, simple lunch spot!

Only complaint is that you couldn’t taste the meat and vegetables with the bread unless you could open your mouth wide enough to get the entire sandwich in your mouth. Otherwise, food was good; counter person was pleasant.
